Ordering Information

All orders must be placed ahead of time, we do not have a retail store.

Pre-Order Deadline

Orders placed by 1:00 pm on Wednesday are eligible for pick-up, delivery or shipping that week. Please refer to the information below to choose the best option to obtain your order.

Special order cakes are available with 2 weeks notice. Please contact us to place your order.

Pick Up (always free)

Orders can be picked-up from Rosy’s Kitchen on Fridays from 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

OR

Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (or by appointment).

Directions from Ingersoll: at the Unifor Office on Ingersoll Street North, head West on Victoria Street which turns into Road 60. Drive about 2 minutes and Rosy’s is on the North side of the road before Line 25. Come to the Red door!

Delivery - flat fee (includes HST)

Local delivery is available to the following areas:

$7 fee to Ingersoll, Thamesford, Dorchester, Banner and Salford.

$15 fee to Woodstock, Sweaburg, Foldens, Beachville, Hickson, Embro, Mount Elgin, Verschoyle, Brownsville, Delmer.

$25 fee to London

Deliveries are on Thursdays or Fridays - please message us if you need a specific day.

Please contact us if you are not sure if you can request delivery so that we can verify.

Note: You are responsible to be home to collect the order as some goods will melt in the summer or freeze in the winter. If you are not available on the delivery day, we suggest choosing the pick-up option, otherwise the order will be left on your porch. Once delivered, we do not take responsibility for stolen goods or spoiled product.

Shipping

At this time, shipping is only available in Ontario for breads, cookies and baking mixes. Unfortunately all of our baked goods cannot be shipped to guarantee freshness.

To order with shipping, please choose Canada Post as the shipping option at checkout. There is a flat rate of $12.00 plus HST.

Why Pre-Order?

We want to offer you the freshest products there are without using preservatives. When you pre-order, we can bake your items with the optimal timing for you to enjoy. It also means that you get exactly what you want without having to worry that something will be sold out.

Pre-ordering also reduces food waste which helps secure food sustainability in our community and beyond.
